To better our customers, Walser Automotive Group has undergone some important changes to our car wash technology.   We've now fully automated our car wash process, making it quick and hassle free.

Q.How do I register my new Walser Rewards card?
A. Bring your card to the reception desk at your Walser dealership and we will register the card in less than 5 minutes.

Q.How many car washes do I get each year? 
A. Enjoy 52 free car washes per year at any of our dealerships.

Q.Can I wash my car at any Walser dealership?
A. Yes, our new automated system allows you to wash your vehicle at any of our Walser dealerships.

Q.Why do I see cars being washed when the car wash is closed? 
A. Walser technicians wash customer vehicles that are in our service department during all hours.  During afternoon hours we are washing service vehicles in preparation for their delivery to customers later in the day.

Q.What do I do if I lost my card?
A. The fastest and easiest way to order a replacement card is by logging into your Walser Rewards account online or by contacting the Walser Rewards Hotline at 888-902-8665.  There is a lost card replacement fee of $4.95.

Q. How do I renew my membership? 
A. When you purchase a Walser  vehicle you receive a free 1 year membership to the Walser Rewards program, which includes the car wash benefits.  Once the initial membership has expired you may renew for $39.95 and continue to enjoy the many benefits including free car washes.  To renew online click here or call the Walser Rewards Hotline at 888-902-2665.
