Walser is the best. Bought a new Maxda CX-5 from Walser Mazda in 2016, and a Passport from Walser Honda in 2020. Both deals over the phone and zero changes or manipulations when I drove (220 mi) to the dealer. Price as quoted, trade-in as quoted. Ray Vogel was my Honda salesman and was fabulous to work with. The dealer even swapped tires and wheels at no cost. I can't recommend Walser and Ray strongly enough.

I purchased a used 2018 Mazda 3 last night and had a great experience. Nathan Litman was very helpful in helping me find the car that worked best for me and also was great thru the buying process. Nathan was so helpful that when I mentioned I’d also like to check-out the Mazda after test driving the Civic, he went to the Walser Mazda dealer to get it also I could check it out. I purchased my 2012 Honda Accord in March, great experience with sales person Linda. I don't usually write these things, but I feel obligated to give these folks a "Thumbs-up" across the board. Dan Ogdahl and entire management team were amazing. After test drive found a slight wobble in steering and they offered to repair the steering and replace the tires both parts and labor for no added cost. I will tell everyone I know about this place. Go here first- you will not want to go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Walser Experienced Auto in Burnsville. Jake, was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Toyota Prius we purchased. Mark, was very thorough with explaining all the functionality of the car and getting us through the financing. Knowing the trade in value of my car, I was bid $500 more than the highest of NADA, Edmonds, True Car, and KBB. He was patient, helpful, thoughtful, and informational. All i needed was a co-signer. Submitted everything around the closing time on Wednesday night, I was hoping that he/she would submit the finance paper but was told that he/she will submit on Friday. I was excited to go in to get an update but turns out someone sold the car on Thursday. Could he/she at least his co-worker to submit the request so I don't have to waste my time to get a credit check up? I would recommend this place but I was very disappointed.
