The dealership picked up my car at my home, emailed and called in advance, discussed the work to be completed, sent me a video showing the work they were doing, completed the work successfully, washed my car and returned it to my home. They followed up on the work completed. Great customer service from start to finish.
My car was given a plastic seat cover and steering wheel cover before it was moved into the service area. The service was done before the time I was told. The video of the service and tire thread depth check was nice. Don ( service writer) was very helpful and answered any question.

Walser is the best. Bought a new Maxda CX-5 from Walser Mazda in 2016, and a Passport from Walser Honda in 2020. Both deals over the phone and zero changes or manipulations when I drove (220 mi) to the dealer. Price as quoted, trade-in as quoted. Ray Vogel was my Honda salesman and was fabulous to work with. The dealer even swapped tires and wheels at no cost. I can't recommend Walser and Ray strongly enough.

After test drive found a slight wobble in steering and they offered to repair the steering and replace the tires both parts and labor for no added cost. I will tell everyone I know about this place. All i needed was a co-signer. Submitted everything around the closing time on Wednesday night, I was hoping that he/she would submit the finance paper but was told that he/she will submit on Friday. I was excited to go in to get an update but turns out someone sold the car on Thursday. Could he/she at least his co-worker to submit the request so I don't have to waste my time to get a credit check up? I would recommend this place but I was very disappointed.
