Sale was seamless, was in an out very quickly. Within the first 48 hours I noticed a few issues with the car which had gone unnoticed while at the dealership. I really enjoyed my experience with this location. I walked in the location knowing the vehicle I wanted to test drive. Nick Benicasa was patient and even gave me a few other options to choose from in my price range. Nick noticed the Low Gas light was on and drove down the street to put half a tank in before my test drive.

Walser is the best. Bought a new Maxda CX-5 from Walser Mazda in 2016, and a Passport from Walser Honda in 2020. Both deals over the phone and zero changes or manipulations when I drove (220 mi) to the dealer. Price as quoted, trade-in as quoted. Ray Vogel was my Honda salesman and was fabulous to work with. The dealer even swapped tires and wheels at no cost. I can't recommend Walser and Ray strongly enough.

I don't usually write these things, but I feel obligated to give these folks a "Thumbs-up" across the board. Dan Ogdahl and entire management team were amazing. After test drive found a slight wobble in steering and they offered to repair the steering and replace the tires both parts and labor for no added cost. I will tell everyone I know about this place. All i needed was a co-signer. Submitted everything around the closing time on Wednesday night, I was hoping that he/she would submit the finance paper but was told that he/she will submit on Friday. I was excited to go in to get an update but turns out someone sold the car on Thursday. Could he/she at least his co-worker to submit the request so I don't have to waste my time to get a credit check up? I would recommend this place but I was very disappointed.
