I recently purchase two cars from Walser Mazda Burnsville, a 2017 MX-5 and a 2016 CX-5. During the buying process, I was working with Aldo, and I alerted him to the fact that there was 50-60 paint chips in the hood. I told him that I would be interested in the car if it got it fixed. Aldo advised me that he received manager approval and then he would call me in a couple days to set up an appointment. We put a deposit down on a car on Saturday to pick up the car on Monday after work. One hour before we were to pick up the car we received a text message saying they sold the vehicle earlier that day. Not sure how a company can take your credit card and run all the finances just to sell the car hours before you are to pick it up, and then in a text message without any remorse or willingness to work with us to correct their error.
