Each Walser dealership proudly extends a straightforward policy that empowers you. Return a vehicle within 3 days or 300 miles (whichever comes first) or exchange a pre-owned Walser vehicle for a different Walser new or used vehicle within your first 30 days or 1,000 miles of ownership (whichever comes first) and receive 100% of your Walser Upfront Price back towards your next vehicle (excluding tax difference, accessories, license, and documentation fees).

Return a vehicle within 3 days or 300 miles (whichever comes first) or exchange a pre-owned Walser vehicle for a different Walser new or used vehicle within your first 30 days and 1000 miles (whichever comes first) of ownership and receive 100% of your Walser Upfront Price back towards your next vehicle (excluding tax difference, accessories, license, and documentation fees). The vehicle must be in the same physical and mechanical condition as it was during the original delivery. Exchange mileage limitation of 1,000 miles and return mileage limitation of 300 miles. Each customer is eligible to return or exchange one vehicle per year. If exchanging a pre-owned vehicle for a new one, the exchange is limited to the new vehicle's brand sold by the original selling dealership. Exchange of pre-owned vehicles must also be facilitated at the original selling dealership. Financing qualification applies to new vehicle exchanges. Offer applicable for in-stock vehicles only. Sports cars and specialty vehicles are excluded.
