All import cars are PDI at the port and can be shipped to any address where it is safe for an eighteen wheeler to deliver. Domestic products (Ford/GM and FCA) require the receiving entity to have certain requirements to receive direct delivery. If you don’t have a lift, a certified mechanic on staff and an approved drop ship code, they would have to deliver to a dealership.
Most manufacturers prefer that you order a minimum of 8 vehicles to fill up a truck load for delivery. They will accept orders for delivery with as few as one car, but the carrier will often wait until they have other cars going to the same geographical area before delivering which may delay your receipt.
