Walser Drive to End Hunger: Need Greater During COVID-19

There’s so much we can’t control right now but we can control how we show up for one another and our community. Happening October 5 – 17, all Walser Automotive Group retail locations in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area will be accepting nonperishable food donations in support of Second Harvest Heartland. All donations made on the Walser Auto Campus in Wichita, Kansas will support the Kansas Food Bank.

Not only are approximately 1 in 8 of our neighbors facing hunger, but many are turning to assistance for the very first time due to challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Will you join us in our drive to end hunger?

Financial donations are also being accepted. For every $1 donated, Second Harvest Heartland can provide three meals to the community. Meanwhile, the Kansas Food Bank is serving over 700 hunger-relief partners in 85 counties with over 12 million meals distributed.

In addition, the Walser Foundation will donate $1 for every pound collected to each food bank. There’s no donation or gift too small. Everybody needs a little extra help sometimes. Let’s work together to end hunger.
