Walser Buick GMC Bloomington Ranked Top Volume Dealer in 2020

Our team at Walser Buick GMC Bloomington is celebrating a huge accomplishment. The Minneapolis/St. Paul location has been ranked the #1 volume Buick GMC dealership for both brands in Minnesota for 2020. This is a first-time win for both brands. This week, representatives of General Motors recognized the team by presenting the “top dog” traveling trophy. Walser Buick GMC Bloomington General Manager Kevin Black said this was a true team effort.

“We truly believed that this was our year. To do it took commitment to one another… and to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction from all employees in all departments. From people answering the phone and working the lot to our marketing and inventory team, salespeople, and managers,” Black said.

Black said it also took a lot of calls, texts, emails, videos, and supporting many Walser To You transactions. Walser To You, a contact-free vehicle delivery and test drive program, was created to serve customers during COVID-19.
