Walser Mazda Technicians Receive Award for Video Excellence

Two Walser Mazda automotive technicians are being recognized for their work in exceptional customer service. Last week, Walser’s texting and video provider, TruVideo, awarded Walser Mazda’s Wei Lui and Walser Polar Mazda’s Graham Boyd the Midwest Region Technician Award as part of their Digital Service For Dollars incentive program.

Lui and Boyd were both randomly selected by TruVideo from the service videos they sent to customers in the month of February. Their service inspection videos were reviewed and exceeded the quality threshold from TruVideo.

All customers who visit a Walser service department receive a video inspection directly from their service technician detailing their visit. The video clip, delivered via text message, shows customers what services the technician performed and gives a real-time visual. Every customer can see exactly what needs to be repaired and understand why.

• The contest was based on dealerships meeting the minimum requirements for the Digital Service for Dollars TruVideo program with at least a 50% video Send Rate and a 60% View Rate

• TruVideo assessed the video quality from a random sample of the technicians who recorded videos in February

• Technicians earning a rating of 17 or higher were included in a lottery drawing, any with ratings of 20 or higher earning two entries
