What's Covered?
WalserCare is a complimentary limited powertrain warranty that covers your vehicle's engine, transmission, and drivetrain for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles. It's included at no charge with most new and used vehicle purchases at Walser. It's simply part of buying from Walser.
Engine
The heart of your vehicle, and the costliest thing on it to replace.
Covered parts include:
- Cylinder block and heads
- Internal lubricated parts like the crankshaft, pistons, camshafts, and valves
- Water pump, timing chain, oil pump
- Factory turbochargers and superchargers
A covered engine assembly replacement can cost well over $10,000
Transmission
Sends engine power to the wheels and keeps your shifts smooth. Automatics and manuals are both covered.
Covered parts include:
- Transmission case and internal parts
- Gears, shafts, and bearings
- Clutches, bands, and valve body
- Solenoids and electronic controls
Covered transmission repairs can cost thousands of dollars.
Drivetrain
Everything that gets that power to the ground. Front-wheel, rear-wheel, all-wheel, and 4x4 systems are all covered.
Covered parts include:
- Front and rear drive axle assemblies
- Gear sets, bearings, and axle shafts
- Transfer case and internal parts (4×4/AWD)
- Drive shafts and universal joints
