Our Commitment and Vision

Asian Hmong Alliance came to life through the request of a single Walser employee and the desire to co-sponsor a local Hmong community event. That simple request highlighted the need to create more visibility, support, and attention around Walser’s growing Asian and Hmong employee population. AHA addresses the unique needs of Walser’s Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Hmong (AAPIH) employees by supporting its members’ personal and professional development. This happens through annual events and volunteer opportunities, and collaboration with other Walser ERGs.

“Each of us has a wealth of knowledge and experience that we each bring to the table, and I’m glad to see all of us at Walser.”
