Asian Hmong Alliance Employee Resource Group

AHA came to life through the request of a single Walser employee and the desire to co-sponsor a local Hmong community event. That simple request highlighted the need to create more visibility, support, and attention around Walser’s growing Asian and Hmong employee population.

Asian Hmong Alliance

AHA addresses the unique needs of Walser’s Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Hmong (AAPIH) employees by supporting its members’ personal and professional development. This happens through annual events and volunteer opportunities, and collaboration with other Walser ERGs.
