Students Honored with Walser ‘Driven to Succeed’ Scholarship

A new cohort of students is joining Walser’s class of scholars. In 2024, ten recipients have been awarded the Walser Driven to Succeed Scholarship, supporting the academic endeavors of Walser employees’ children and dependents. Since its inception in 2022, the Walser Foundation has donated $60,000 toward the post-secondary education of deserving young adults.

2024 Scholarship Recipients

This year’s cohort includes:

• Three incoming first-year college students
• One graduate-level student
• Three previous recipients
• Representation from nine post-secondary institutions

Children and dependents of Walser employees are invited to apply annually for the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 in tuition support. The scholarship covers various forms of post-secondary education, including technical and trade schools, four-year colleges and universities, as well as master’s and PhD-level programs.

• Occupational Therapy

Scholarship History

The Driven to Succeed Scholarship was founded in 2022. Additionally, the Walser Foundation offers a public scholarship to high school students in the communities where Walser Automotive Group operates.
